WCAG 3 (W3C Accessibility Guidelines 3.0) is the successor to WCAG 2.x. It is still a Working Draft and keeps changing — which is exactly why it is worth following: read it only after it is finalized and you miss the why behind every decision.
This series explains the W3C draft with citations to the actual provisions, and revises earlier posts with a revision notice whenever a new draft lands (current basis: the Working Draft of 3 March 2026).
New here? Suggested order — ① Why a new standard → ② Structure (outcomes and requirements) → ③ The conformance model (Bronze/Silver/Gold) → then follow your interests.
