A second, expanded run of the talk for the Service Subcommittee of the Digital Accessibility Standardization Forum. It adds three slides on conformance and the Bronze, Silver, and Gold reporting tiers to the [first talk on 16 October 2026]({{< relref "/talks/2026-nia-wcag3" >}}), based on a [blog post]({{< relref "/posts/wcag-3-conformance-vs-bronze-silver-gold" >}}) that answers a question from that session using the September draft.

Conformance is a pass or fail on whether all core requirements are met. Bronze, Silver, and Gold report what was done beyond that. Under the September draft the counts for each tier and the tagging of assertions are still blank, so no one can claim a tier yet. The main point is the same as before: the draft does not say how to choose what to evaluate, and a Korean evaluation methodology (EM) standard could set those rules.

Terms follow the codeslog WCAG 3 series. Where they differ from the first talk's materials, appendix 2 of the handout lists both.
