A look at what changes in the September 2026 WCAG 3.0 Working Draft and what it still leaves open. The talk covers the core and supplemental requirements and assertions that replace success criteria, the tiers of reporting, and views and processes. The draft does not say how to choose what to evaluate, so the talk treats that as a place where a Korean evaluation methodology (EM) standard could set the rules, and closes with two questions for the discussion that follows.
